CCTV footage has captured the moment when a group of reportedly 'up to 20 teenagers' ambushed a woman's car in Ballybrack in January.
Stills of the footage, which were seen by Dublin Live, shows teenagers throwing what looks to be eggs at a car in the South Dublin suburb.
The incident, from the start of the year, took place shortly after half ten on January 4 according to the footage.
Reports suggest that as well as this, the group of youths reportedly 'hurled a missile' at the windscreen of the vehicle.
After that, they allegedly attacked the car causing further damage.
A spokeswoman for the gardai said at the time that: "A female was driving through Ballybrack when an item struck the windscreen of her car.

"No damage was caused.
"Youths were seen in the vicinity of the incident, who in turn caused damage to the car."
"It is being treated as an incident of criminal damage.
She concluded: "No arrests have been made and investigations are on going."
