CCTV clue after series of thefts and burglaries in city centre and Bulwell

Officers have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to following a number of thefts and burglaries in Nottingham.

From July 20 to August 4 there there have been seven incidents of burglary or theft at shops across Nottingham city centre and Bulwell.

High value electrical items, wallets, bank cards, handbags and cash have all been taken in the reports, with pubs, a hair salon, a coffee shop and hotels being targeted.

Chief Inspector Kathryn Craner, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “Nottinghamshire Police takes reports of theft and burglary very seriously and investigates incidents thoroughly.

“We’d like to speak with the man pictured as we think he may have information that could help us in our investigations into the incidents.

“If you recognise him, please contact Nottinghamshire Police as soon as possible.”

If you have any information about the man pictured or recognise him, call Nottinghamshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 200 of 4 August 2020.
