A resident was furious after thieves stole a tree from their garden
CCTV footage shows the man struggling to drag the potted tree across the driveway, when a second man comes and lifts it into the back of the white van.
The two men then drive away at high speed from the property.

The footage was uploaded to community network site Nextdoor, where it received a large response of outrage from other residents.
The theft happened on St Helens Road, Pennington.
The owner of the tree said in the post: "Looks like they will take anything and aren’t worried about getting caught! At 00:06 this happened! Seriously a tree, we actually thought it would be to heavy to nick we already don’t do hanging baskets."
One person commented: "I can’t actually believe what I’m seeing, what gets into peoples small minds to think this is in any way acceptable. What low lives."
While another said: "I am so shocked this is just another level! Can’t have anything nice anymore."
One resident added: "I never put hanging baskets at the front of the house any more. What a sad world we live in."
