CCTV appeal to identify two people after burglars stole car from outside Sunderland home

Police have released an image of two people they want to identify following a burglary in Sunderland.

In the early hours of May 31, offenders broke into a home on North Bridge Street and stole a number of bank cards and a set of car keys.

They then used the keys to steal a red Suzuki parked outside, making off from the scene.

An investigation was launched at the time and is currently ongoing.

Officers have now identified two men who they would like to speak to in connection with the offence.

They were seen in the area that morning and could have information that can assist with the investigation.

The men, or anyone who recognises them, are asked to contact the police via the ‘Tell Us Something’ page of their website quoting log 444 310521.
