CCTV images have been released after members of staff at Newcastle Central Station were threatened and assaulted.
British Transport Police released the images after it was reported that a man and woman became abusive towards staff at the station at about 6.15pm on Monday June 15 when they were challenged about purchasing incorrect tickets.
The pair allegedly threatened the staff with violence and it is reported that the man pushed one of the staff members.
Officers leading the investigation would like to speak to the man and woman in the images, who may have information that could help their enquiries.
