CCTV appeal after man 'with knife' demanded cash from couple in Walton

Police have issued images of a man they want to trace after an attempted robbery in Walton.

A couple were approached by a man who claimed he had a knife and demanded cash from them.

While the victims were able to fend him off, police said they were left "shaken" by their ordeal.

The incident took place on the junction of Elm Road and Walton Village at around 8.30pm on Wednesday, August 26.
