Police have issued a CCTV appeal after £500 worth of coats were stolen from a TK Maxx store. Images of two women police would like to speak to as part of their enquiries have been released.
Sometime between 1.20pm and 2pm on Saturday, December 10, two women entered a TK Maxx store in Golden Square, Warrington, and are believed to have stolen coats worth around £500.
Police said the shop would have been 'very busy' in the run up to Christmas and are urging anyone who may have seen something suspicious in the store to contact the force.
Police Constable Graham Davies said: “I know that the shop would have been very busy due to the run up to Christmas and someone may have seen something not quite right.
“We have been following a number of enquiries and as part of these, we have released two images of women who we believe will be able to assist us with our investigation. I would urge anyone who recognises the women, or the women themselves, to come forward and speak to officers.”
Anyone with information is urged to report it to Cheshire Police via https://www.cheshire.police.uk/police-forces/cheshire-constabulary/areas/cheshire/about-us/about-us/provide-more-information-about-an-appeal/ quoting 22000941970 or call 101.
