Central Board of Secondary Education announced the Class 12 board examination results on Wednesday through multiple digital platforms across the country. Students can now download their provisional marksheets via the UMANG app, DigiLocker, and the official CBSE result websites.
The board declared the results after completing a large-scale digital evaluation process nationwide. Over 18.5 lakh students appeared for the Class 12 examinations this year. Authorities also expanded online result systems in view of the record number of candidates participating in the annual exams. Over 85 pc students pass board exams, down by over 3 percentage points since last year

Students can follow these steps to download their provisional digital marksheets online:
Step 1: Visit the official UMANG website or open the UMANG mobile app.
Step 2: Log in using your registered mobile number.
Step 3: Complete the OTP verification process for secure access.
Step 4: Search for “CBSE” under the education services section.
Step 5: Click on the “CBSE Class XII Results 2026” link.
Step 6: Enter your roll number, school code, and date of birth correctly.
Step 7: Submit the details to access the provisional marksheet.
Step 8: Download and save the digital copy for future use.
Students can now access their scores through the government-supported UMANG digital platform. Candidates will require their registered mobile numbers to download provisional marksheets online instantly.
