CBRE Group's Q2 2025 Earnings: What to Expect

Dallas, Texas-based CBRE Group, Inc. (CBRE) is a commercial real estate services and investment company. Valued at a market cap of $42.5 billion, the company offers a wide range of services, including facilities, transaction and project management, property management, investment management, appraisal and valuation, property leasing, strategic consulting, property sales, mortgage services, and development services. It is scheduled to announce its fiscal Q2 earnings for 2025 before the market opens on Tuesday, Jul. 29.

Prior to this event, analysts project this commercial real estate services and investment company to report a profit of $1.05 per share, up 29.6% from $0.81 per share in the year-ago quarter. The company has a promising trajectory of consistently beating Wall Street’s bottom-line estimates in each of the last four quarters. Its earnings of $0.86 per share in the previous quarter topped the consensus estimates by 6.2%. 

 

For the full year, analysts expect CBRE to report EPS of $5.93, up 16.3% from $5.10 in fiscal 2024. Furthermore, its EPS is expected to grow 19.4% year-over-year to $7.08 in fiscal 2026.

Shares of CBRE have rallied 58.3% over the past 52 weeks, considerably outpacing both the S&P 500 Index's ($SPX) 11.7% return and the Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund’s (XLRE) 7.9% uptick over the same time frame.

On Apr. 24, CBRE’s shares rose marginally following its Q1 earnings release. The company delivered revenue of $8.9 billion, up 12.3% from the same period last year and in line with the consensus estimates. Robust growth in revenue across all its reportable segments supported its top line. Moreover, on the earnings front, its core EBITDA grew 27.4% from the year-ago quarter, reaching $540 million, while its core EPS of $0.86 advanced 10.3% year-over-year and topped Wall Street estimates by 6.2%. 

Wall Street analysts are highly optimistic about CBRE’s stock, with a "Strong Buy" rating overall. Among 11 analysts covering the stock, seven recommend "Strong Buy," two indicate "Moderate Buy," and two suggest "Hold.” The mean price target for CBRE is $151.50, which indicates an 8.3% potential upside from the current levels.
