This year’s CBeebies Christmas Show is once again heading to the big screen - and you can see it in Liverpool .
Screenings of the stage performance of Hansel & Gretel recorded at Edinburgh Festival theatre will be shown across the UK this festive season.
Families will be able to watch the special adaptation of the fairytale classic with interactive content created exclusively for the cinema and featuring many well-known CBeebies faces.
Set against the backdrop of the 1980s, the story will take viewers on a winter adventure through an enchanted forest as the siblings overcome the perils of the deep dark wood in which they are lost.
But, with the help of the forest’s magical creatures the pair prove the only thing that matters at Christmas is being together.
Among the popular stars making an appearance in Hansel & Gretel is, for the first time ever, Waffle the Wonder Dog.
The CBeebies Christmas Show will be screened in several cinemas in Merseyside on November 30 and December 1.
