
Frustrated Canberrans have been left unable to transfer money through the Commonwealth Bank website or app.
CBA has said they are "urgently investigating" the technical issue.
"We're aware some customers are experiencing difficulties accessing our services and we're urgently investigating. We apologise and thank customers for their patience, we'll provide an update soon as possible," a CBA spokesperson said.
The issue is understood to be impacting Australians across the country.
The bank has experienced multiple outages in recent weeks.
Some merchant terminals and the app went down on June 23.
They were also impacted by a major outage on June 17, which affected multiple banks.
