A CATHOLIC Brother has been charged over an additional three indecent assault offences in Newcastle in the 1970s.
The man, now 88, was charged in March 2017, but was arrested again at Silverwater jail on Monday and charged with the extra offences.
Police will allege the brother carried out the assaults on a boy in the early 1970s.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Newcastle Local Court on Thursday.
