Cathcart set for new steak restaurant

Cathcart is set for a new steak restaurant with Steak Lounge and Grill soon to open up in the south side of Glasgow.

The new venue will find its home at the former Barbarossa pizzeria, at 5A Clarkston Road.

The team behind Steak Lounge and Grill say of the restaurant: "An exciting fresh concept coming soon to Glasgow. We will have the usual favourite cuts of steak and introducing a few new ones.

"Bringing you the best Aberdeen Angus beef from Scottish farms that has been dry aged for a minimum of 35 days."

An opening date is yet to be announced, with work ongoing at the premises.
