This is a word of warning for any of you planning to overindulge this Christmas.
I've been playing catch-up on the career of Band of Horses, a rather fantastic group from Seattle who have a lovely indie take on yearning country rock anthems. They've been around since 2004, when they were known as plain old Horses. At least I think so; I just gleaned all this from Wikipedia, and you know how unreliable that is. Anyway, they tick a lot of boxes for me, so I did a bit more rummaging, and look what I found:

I can't help feeling a little worried for them. Let's hope they're still around this time next year. In the meantime, just say no to that extra Christmas cocktail, folks.
