Castle Huntly prisoner who absconded on home visit is traced

An inmate who absconded from prison during a home leave visit has been traced,

Andrew Weir went missing from HMP Castle Huntly in Dundee.

The 32-year-old vanished three days ago.

He has now been arrested in the Killin area

A force spokesperson added: "Officers would like to thank all those who supported the appeal for information to trace Weir."
