Youngsters at Castle Douglas Primary have been doing blooming good work for Ukraine.
The P4/5 class decided to raise money for the war-torn country by selling sunflowers – the national flower of Ukraine.
They made environmentally friendly pots out of newspaper and planted around 400 seeds with the help of their teacher Miss McDonald.
