Castle Douglas Primary pupils enjoy annual sports day in glorious sunshine

The children of Castle Douglas Primary School recently took part in their annual sports day.

The sun shone and each class enjoyed a mix of traditional races as well as potted sports.

The children earned points for their house teams and had lots of fun being active outdoors with their friends.

The pupils demonstrated excellent sportsmanship and participated in all their activities with enthusiasm.

This year’s winning house team was Deer.
