A casting company are looking for Scousers of all ages to take on a variety of roles in well-known period dramas.
Seven Casting is looking for new artists for extras and walk-on roles for several popular period dramas they have scheduled for the first half of 2020.
The company is casting for seven dramas - two of which they say are very well known.
Seven casting are unable to name the dramas specifically, but a host of period dramas have previously been filmed in Liverpool such as Peaky Blinders, Victoria and The Crown .
The job advert says: "We are looking for new talent to fill roles as extras and walk-ons. The sheer volume of productions we are undertaking has meant that we have more work than we have people!
"In addition the highly specific requirements of period dramas mean that roles can be harder to fill than those found in conventional dramas.
"We are looking for people who would be interested in work in Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, York and some North Midlands locations.
"You do not have to come from there but you must be happy to travel to them. Even for early call times! Please note that travel expenses are not covered."
The company is looking for men and women aged 16 and over and the work can be as regular as you like, depending on your situation.
Men have to have natural hair and be happy to have it styled for the period, or be naturally bald, they have to be no taller than 6ft, have a chest no bigger than 44 inches and a waist no bigger than 38 inches.
Women have to have natural hair, be no bigger than a dress size 14 and be happy to remove false nails.
