A casting call has gone out for Scousers to take part in a brand new TV series where they will be flown out for a “dream holiday” in an “exotic location”.
Producers of Spun Gold TV are looking for plus-size individuals to take to a resort and stay in a plus-size hotel with other guests for the show.
Rebecca Taylor, the casting producer said: “The resort isn’t a weight loss retreat, it is a hotel for plus-size individuals who (some for the first time) can go on holiday away from judgemental eyes, horrible comments and just have a wonderful time.
“We think everyone deserves a chance to enjoy themselves.
“It will be an empowering show and we hope these individuals will take something away from the holiday.”
Spun Gold TV is an independent production company and produce shows such as Garden Rescue featuring Charlie Dimmock and My Big Fat Wedding for The BBC.
They’re asking for men, women, couples, siblings and parents and children, as long as they’re 18 years or older, to get in touch if they would like to “go on the holiday of a lifetime with like minded and like bodied people”.

Casting closes April 17 2020. All applicants must be UK based, aged 18 and over.
