Does Casio offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders worth more than £50 come with free standard shipping as standard, which should arrive within 2 - 4 working days. Orders under £50 will incur a fee of £2.95. If you want to receive your goods quicker, you can also pay a £5 fee at the checkout for express delivery, which should arrive in 1 - 2 working days.
What is a Casio ID?
Your Casio ID is effectively your account with the brand. Creating a Casio ID lets you register your products and obtain related information on individual items, including warranties. You'll also get personalised deals and recommendations, giving you some extra chances to save.
Can I get a Casio student discount?
If you're studying, good news - you can get 20% off your Casio orders when you verify your status with a valid UNiDAYS account. Just head to the dedicated portal on the brand's website and sign in to be sent your unique code, then add this at the checkout. Casio also offers the same savings to 18 - 26 year-olds through its youth discount.
What is the Casio returns policy?
If you change your mind on your order and decide to send something back to Casio, you can do so within 28 days of your purchase. Your item will need to be returned unused and in its original condition and packaging in order to qualify for a refund. Note that you will need to arrange and pay for your own returns shipping - Casio recommends choosing tracked and signed courier services.
