With most of our business coming from our lettings, property management and interior design operations, we handle a vast amount of funds that are not ‘ours’.
To put this into context, while we are looking at a turnover of around £500,000 this year we will have more than £3m pass through our accounts.
As a company it is therefore essential to understand what money belongs to who. As such, we have structured our business across seven separate accounts with different purposes. This allows us to identify where we are financially at a glance at any given time.
