1We've been confused with DKNY ever since its eponymous designer, Donna Karan, stepped down from her brand three years ago. When Public School's duo of Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne were hired as the new creative directors in 2016, the brand moved toward a more edgy and fashion-forward feel. Their departure from DKNY means the collections now are less androgynous and also have less unconventional silhouettes. It's a safe bet that you'll find classics and basics for all occasions, now that all lines of the brand have come under one roof at EmQuartier for ease in mix-and-matching. Most importantly however, is how the price range of the clothes has been adjusted and it's now more approachable than ever. The top glamorous line, Donna Karan, will set you back 7,900 baht for an elegant dress, with many items ranging in the low five digits at most. For New York cool and modernity, DKNY delivers up unadorned solid staples that can take you from day to night, with items like shirts priced at 4,900 baht. Keep the DKNY Sport name on top of your list if you're in need of stylish, yet snug workout clothes. You'll be looking to spend in the 2,000-baht range for their sports bras and other pieces of activewear, discretely decorated with the DKNY logo. You'll only understand after you've touched it -- if you're looking for amazingly soft fabrics, their sweatpants and tees are some of the most comfortable we've seen in this market. 2 A trip to Japan these days no longer needs the requisite pit stop for your Bao Bao Issey Miyake bags. There's no need to bother guilting yourself by calculating the differing prices anymore, because all of the stores in Thailand have adjusted the prices of the bags sold to be similar to the price tags in Japan. It's not going to be the exact same price, but let's just say everything will become cheaper. This adjustment is here to stay, and will cover all Bao Bao products, from both the female and male lines. Every woman's favourite, the Lucent Basic, now costs 10,900 baht, from its previous price of 13,900 baht. For bigger slashes, check out the men's Hiker backpack, which now costs 25,900 baht, from 31,900 baht. As if that isn't enough, you can also get ready to grab special promo trunk pleat bags next week. Coming in 21 different colours to choose from, each costs 2,900 baht. Hop to it when they go on sale at the "21-Colors Bar" pop-up store in Siam Discovery from Aug 1-16, because we can already envision fans of the brand descending on the store like bees to honey for this deal. It doesn't get any more well-priced than this.

3 If you aren't quite the sunny or bossy one, now may be your lucky day, when you'll finally see your favourite Little Miss character on Keds sneakers. Returning for a second collection, this time Keds has chosen to splatter its Champion shoes with the likes of Little Miss Giggles, Little Miss Lucky and a group of Little Misses. Since 1971, the characters from Roger Hargreaves' Mr. Men and Little Misses have been entertaining people of all ages with its humour and simple but cute drawings of cartoons that embody quirky human traits. If you've still yet to settle on what your spirit character is, this collection also offers slip-ons emblazoned with the words "Little Miss" in a cheerful, rainbow array. You won't just have happy feet, because with every purchase of each pair of shoes comes a tote bag printed with Little Miss characters. Prices start at 2,450 baht. Find the Keds x Little Miss collection at IKON stores in Siam Square One, Fashion Island and Central Plaza Bangna.

We can always trust Cos to provide us with uncommon, earthy tones fashioned into minimal, yet statement-making pieces. This season, some of our favourite colours in the autumn/winter collection include various purple hues of lilac and mauve. Once paired with other contrasting shades such as sulphur or brown, the result is a colour palette that is reminiscent of the rawness of nature. Per usual, there will be exaggerated shapes, but there's also a fresh take on proportions and new silhouettes. For women, one of the standout pieces this season is the mauve turtleneck glove thing, meant to be worn with a dress underneath. On the men's side, look super tall with the sleeveless knitwear, which can create elongated dimensions when paired with textured shirts and wide leg-jersey trousers. Check out the Cos AW18 collection at EmQuartier and Siam Paragon.
