Cash, cryptocurrency seized in drug bust

Police charged two men and a woman with drug trafficking, money laundering and importation of LSD. (AAP)

Three people have been charged over drug trafficking activities on the dark web, with South Australian police also seizing $1 million in cash and $700,000 in cryptocurrency.

The arrests of two men, aged 24 and 27, and a 32-year-old woman followed searches on a home and a businesses premises in Adelaide.

They were charged with multiple counts of commercial drug trafficking, money laundering and importation of a large commercial quantity of LSD, and have been remanded in custody before their next court appearance in May next year.

Drugs suspected to be cocaine, LSD, cannabis and steroids, with an estimated street value of more than $150, 000, were also seized along with two residential properties valued at more than $1 million.
