Casey Batchelor has paid tribute to her postpartum body days after welcoming her third child with fiancé Dane Goodson.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star proudly showed off her post-baby body in a candid underwear selfie and she reflected on her previous births.
Writing a lengthy caption, she began: "Postpartum Body - I [love] You.
"It’s taken me three pregnancies to fully appreciate the postpartum body, it’s amazing, and I love it, you carried and grew my beautiful baby and I thank you for that."
Opening up about her previous postpartum recovery, she said: "After my first pregnancy I didn’t know what my postpartum body would be.
"I assumed I would go back to how I was before becoming pregnant, no one tells you really that you don’t.
"I had bad diastasis recti where I could sink my hand into stomach, and I cried thinking what has happened to my body and will I go back to how I was before. Of course in time I did but it was a huge shock," she added.
"After my second pregnancy I had a C-section, and I was so swollen and bruised and had basically been cut in half. So recovering from that was different to the first pregnant so again a big shock."
A gratitude-filled Casey concluded: "This time round, I know exactly what will happen and the appreciation I have for my body grows each time throughout my pregnancies and births.
"So I thank you postpartum body, you are never given enough love. #1weekpostpartum #postpartumbody #loveyourbody #thankyou".
The star's post comes after Casey, who is already mother to Florence, two, and Sadie, one, announced that she given birth to her third "little princess".
The model took to Instagram on Tuesday to reveal that she'd welcomed another daughter with Dane.
Sharing three snaps of the girls' tiny hands, she wrote: "We now have three little princesses."
The reality star, who has a successful yoga app called Yoga Blitz, shared the news that she was expecting her third child back in February.
She told Hello! Magazine: “We get pregnant so easily.
"Florence is three at the end of May and then just a couple of weeks later there will be a newborn, so it will basically be three under three. I know, it’s crazy.
"We were just so happy and excited to have another one on the way. We feel very fortunate we get pregnant so quickly and easily. We’re obviously very compatible."
And while she had a tough time with her first two pregnancies, it seems Casey was able to enjoy the experience much more the third time around.
She told Closer magazine: "I’ve had no sickness, no tiredness – I often forget I’m pregnant.
"We had only discussed boys’ names and I’d planned a nursery; I was that sure."
Casey opened up in February about what went through her mind when she found out she was expecting her third girl in as many years.
She said: "When the sonographer said it was a girl, I was in so much shock I came home and blurted it out to Dane. I had to cancel the balloons!"
