Casa Amor's return date unveiled as fragile Love Island couples put to the test

Love Island fans cannot wait for the return of Casa Amor and it seems they won't have to wait much longer for the explosive scenes that are certain to follow.

The couples will be pushed to their limits as a new wave of girls and boys join the scene hoping to secure a permanent space in the villa.

The ITV show has remained tight-lipped on when the villa will be split in two but it's now been reported that these scenes will air next week.

The source revealed: "Casa Amor starts filming this weekend and then viewers will see the explosive fall out next week."

"It'll be one of the most dramatic Casa Amor splits ever as apart from two couples, all the relationships are so fragile. Fans won't want to miss it," the insider told The Sun.

A Love Island representative declined to confirm the reports when contacted by Mirror.co.uk.

ITV viewers have been desperate for Casa Amor to return after Lana Jenkins rejected Casey O'Gorman and reunited with Ron Hall.

One tweeted: "When’s Casa amor?? I feel like we’ve been waiting for ages #loveisland," and another said: "Literally cannot wait for casa amor to break Lana and Ron up again they’re so immature #loveisland."

"I think this series casa amore will be the best yet. No couple is safe as i producers will try damage Tanya & Shaq. Can't wait to see Lana face when Ron "would be silly not to get to know" all the girls. Hope they all choose violence! #loveisland #LoveIslandUK," a third wrote. (sic)

Someone else shared: "Lana wait until you reach casa amour then you’ll see the real test #loveisland."

Each year, Casa Amor sees the girls or boys separated with one half of the Islanders spending time in a new villa while the other half stays in the main villa.

Both villas are treated to a new batch of Islanders with the intention of tempting the original Islanders.

The villa is brought together in a nerve-racking recoupling where each Islander has to decide whether to stick with in their couple before finding out whether their partner has betrayed them.

Love Island continues on ITV2 on Wednesday at 9pm.
