A teenage boy has been charged over the stabbing of another teen which was filmed in Co Cork.
The victim was rushed to hospital after receiving multiple stab wounds during the incident in Waterpark, Carrigaline at around 10.30pm Saturday night.
Gardai have now charged a teen in connection with the investigation.
He is due to appear before a sitting of Cork District Court on Monday morning.
A garda spokesman said: "A male juvenile arrested by Gardaí as part of this investigation has been charged and is due to appear before a sitting of Cork District Court this morning (8/6/2020) at 10.30am.
"An investigation into all of the circumstances of this incident is ongoing and Gardaí are renewing their appeals for anyone with information to contact Togher Garda Station on 021 4947120, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station."
The victim has since been released from Cork University Hospital where is was being treated for his injuries.
Gardai on Sunday night renewed their appeal for information about the incident in Carrigaline.
They said: "The injured party has been released from hospital and investigating Gardaí are appealing for any persons who were in the area of Waterpark and can assist with the investigation to contact them, and for any road users who may have camera footage (dash-cam) of Waterpark on Saturday night from 10p.m. to 10.30p.m. to contact them at Togher Garda Station 021 494 7120, the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station."
