Carriageway resurfacing will see two Coatbridge roads close for five days

Two Coatbridge roads are closing for five days from Monday, August 2, for carriageway resurfacing works.

Ross Street, to the A89 Bank Street, and eastbound traffic between the B753 Dundyvan Road and the A89 South Circular Road (at the Fountain roundabout) will be affected by the closures.

Diversions will include the A725 Coatbank Street, and the A89 Bank Street.

The town’s A725 Whifflet Street slip road is also shutting, to School Street from 6am to 6pm, on August 22 to allow for ironwork repairs.

Motorists are advised there will be no alternative roads.
