Anton Danyluk was given a telling off by host Caroline Flack during his appearance on Aftersun last night after he made a gross confession on the show.
The gym owner, 24, was dumped from the Love Island villa tonight alongside lover Belle Hassan - just one day before the final.
Appearing together on the spin-off show, the pair spoke about their time in the villa.
But Caroline was not prepared for Anton's slightly disturbing confession live on air.
Asking Belle about shaving Anton's bum, she questioned whether the make-up artist had done anything like that before.
"Absolutely not," she replied. "I actually did quite enjoy it. He needed a bit of help, his mum wasn't there. If he needs help, I'm there."
Caroline asked Anton: "Who's better at shaving your bum, your mum or Belle?"
"It was early in the relationship so I don't feel like you went as deep as my mum usually does," Anton told her, horrifying Caroline.
"No, Anton, no!" Caroline exclaimed as Belle giggled. "Too much information!"
Anton hit back: "You asked the question, I was just answering it. Sorry."
Tonight, four couples will be vying for the Love Island crown.
Ovie and India, Amber and Greg, Maura and Curtis and Molly-Mae and Tommy are all in the running to become 2019 champions.
