The Love Island hostess with the mostess went completely nude for a photoshoot with celebrity photographer Christian Vermaak.
Covering her modesty by way of strategically placed arms and legs, 39-year-old Caroline gazed off-screen as her blonde hair tumbled down her shoulders in loose waves.
Wearing nothing but a ring on her left hand and a Mona Lisa smile, Caroline looked drop-dead gorgeous in the naked shot.

Her nudey snap comes amid rumours the Flackster disappeared off on a dirty weekend with none other than Danny Cipriani.
The ex-rugby player - who has romanced the likes of Katie Price and Kelly Brook in the past - was seen snogging Cazza at the posh Babington House in Somerset late last week.
He bent over her car as she nipped into the driver's seat and kissed her on the lips in full view of passersby.

The pair were also seen cosying up together in the hotel restaurant on Thursday and Friday night, before retiring to the bedroom.
"Danny couldn't keep his hands off her," a witness told the Sun.
"He's obviously very into her, and to be fair they make a great- looking couple."
The insider went on: "They did start tongues wagging quite quickly.
"Of course he does have a reputation as a lothario, but Caroline is clearly a confident woman who seems to be able to handle herself.

"If anything it looked as though she was calling the shots and he was a bit infatuated.
"But they were around for a few days so things are obviously going pretty well."
Caroline's love life has gone from strength to strength recently, after she dumped fiance Andrew Brady following a string of rows.
The telly beauty was single for a new weeks before she was spotted snogging Strictly AJ Pritchard, 24, at the NTAs in January, and she was most recently linked to her personal trainer Bradley Simmonds, 25.
