The Love Island host, who recently celebrated her 40th birthday, stripped down into a pair of tiny white knickers as she posed topless on a bed in the sexy snap.
She carefully concealed her bust in the photo with a strategically placed copy of Demi Moore's autobiography Inside Out as TV favourite rested on her front.
Caroline kept her hair out of her face with a cute monochrome headband and styled her golden locks in mermaid waves.
Under the post that she captioned after the title of the book she was reading, fans shared their admiration for the star.
"You look stunning" and "So beautiful" penned adoring fans.
Another cheeky social media user added: "Caroline can you lay in my bed like that please."
The nude picture comes as things seem to be going well in Caroline's love life.
She's happily coupled up with Lewis Burton, 27, and has been for the past few months - the pair made it official in August.
The blonde babe has recently been busy filming for the new winter series of Love Island, which is set to be a hit.
Flack will be back and forth between the UK and South Africa while the series airs on TV, so she can film it's spin-off show Aftersun.
The first look at Winter Love Island was revealed by the official Twitter account last week with a short teaser clip.
In the video, a Love Island themed airplane is seen soaring across a bright blue sky while flying a bold banner with the words: "Do one, winter", emblazoned across it.
The reflection of the airplane is seen in a hunky mystery contestant's rose-tinted aviator shades and the iconic Love Island theme-tune sound is played in the background.
