A dark smokey eye and gorgeous nude lip complimented Caroline's look.
Her blonde locks were styled in waves and fell loosely over her shoulders as she pulled a sexy face.
The cryptic message read: "Gut feelings are your guardian angels" signed off with a red heart.
Although she's the host of a dating show, things seem to be going well in Caroline's love life.
She's happily coupled up with Lewis Burton, 27, and has been for the past few months - the pair made it official in August.
The blonde babe has recently been busy filming for the new winter series of Love Island, which is set to be a hit.
Flack will be back and forth between the UK and South Africa while the series airs on TV, so she can film it's spin-off show Aftersun.
The first look at Winter Love Island was revealed by the official Twitter account on Monday with a short teaser clip.
In the video, a Love Island themed airplane is seen soaring across a bright blue sky while flying a bold banner with the words: "Do one, winter", emblazoned across it.
The reflection of the airplane is seen in a hunky mystery contestant's rose-tinted aviator shades and the iconic Love Island theme-tune sound is played in the background.
