The long, hot summer is almost upon us as Love Island 2019 begins filming this week.
Host Caroline Flack sent her fans into a frenzy with the news that she will be meeting is year’s cast of toned, tanned singletons hoping to find love in the luxury Majorca villa.
Caroline broke the news to her 1.9 million Instagram followers via a video uploaded to her story.
"What's really exciting about this week is that we start filming for Love Island 2019,” she revealed.
"And by the end of the week I'm going to have potentially have seen the cast for this year which is really exciting - and mad that's it's come around this fast.”

Caroline filmed the video teaser on her way to the gym, with the caption ‘it’s a big week’.
She added: "So I'll let you know what happens. It's going to be a mad, hot summer and all that.”

The popular ITV2 dating show is expected to kick off in June and expectations have never been higher for producers to find a good mix of potential couples who will go the distance.

Last year’s winners Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer became the final pair from the 2018 series to part ways after they split last month.
