The Mirror reports that she had recently returned to the UK after spending some time in LA, where it's believed she was taking a wellness break.
She had travelled to the US after stepping down from her position as Love Island host and had been due to stand trial on March 4.

Her career has spanned over a decade, starting off on TMi with Sam and Mark, winning Strictly Come Dancing in 2014 and being the face of a number of well known brands including Speedo and River Island.
Arguably, her most famous role is presenting the ITV2 reality show Love Island, which she presented up until the latest winter series.
