Caroline Flack's boyfriend Lewis Burton shared on emotional tribute to her, as she was laid to rest.
The 27-year-old shared a picture of himself cuddling the late presenter and planting a kiss on her forehead.
In a photo shared with close friends, besotted Caroline is seen smiling and Lewis wrote alongside it: “My little angel... I will love you forever.”
Caroline's friend Sam Campbell then shared a screenshot of Lewis' post on her own Instagram story - reports Mirror Online.
She added: "Love you Lew" along with heart emoji and a tag to Lewis' social media page.
Caroline had been due to appear in court this month after being charged with assaulting Lewis in December - charges that she had always denied.
Lewis had not wanted to press charges and had urged for them to be dropped.
Caroline and Lewis remained a couple in her final months, despite a judge banning him from contacting the Love Island host ahead of her trial.
They had been desperate to spend time together but the court order meant they spent Christmas apart.
On Valentine's Day, the day before Caroline died, Lewis publicly declared his love for her, despite rumours they had split.
He told her that he loved her as he wished her a happy Valentine's Day.
Caroline was laid to rest today in a private ceremony by her close friends and family, with no media present.
A full inquest into the circumstances surrounding her tragic death is set to be held in August.
Many of Caroline's friends paid touching tributes to her today.
Stacey Solomon posted on Instagram: "Today it doesn't feel right to be on social media. So from me and the boys, we hope you have a good day.
"Hold your loved ones close, give them all of the cuddles you have in you and let them know how much you need them in your life.
"You never know when they really might need to know. Love you all. If you're struggling with today, yesterday, the thought of tomorrow, please let someone know. Anyone."
And Hollyoaks star Steph Davis also shared a heartfelt message, and said: "In my heart, in my mind, you're safe and at peace now. I will never get over this ever, ever.
"It will haunt me forever, this should never have happened, things will change, I promise you."
