The former Love Island host, 40, returned to the limelight in the opening sequence of the drama/comedy amid her keeping things on the down-low in real life ahead of her court battle.
Flack has been keeping a low-profile and even flew out to Los Angeles for a brief time since her tearful court appearance after she was charged with assault by beating.
The presenter bowed out of her Love Island duties, leaving the door open for Laura Whitmore, after an alleged row broke out with Lewis Burton at her north London home which led to her arrest.
It may come as a surprise to movie fans when the television personality reemerged in the first few scenes of new flick Greed.
In character, Caroline handed over a huge cheque to a businessman's wife Samantha McCreadie (Isla Fisher) for £1.2billion.
Caroline was described as a "knockout" in those scenes by the boss (Steve Coogan) in the film which hits cinemas on February 21.
Celebs Pixie Lott, James Blunt, David Mitchell and Made In Chelsea's Ollie Locke also have landed parts in the film.
