Caroline Flack poses with rarely seen twin and jokes about spending time with someone her own age

Caroline Flack reminds the world that she's got a twin sister - and has another dig at herself for dating younger men!

Sister Jody has chosen to remain firmly out of the limelight and is rarely ever photographed with the TV presenter.

But when they headed off on holiday, she was more than happy to strike up a pose.

Caroline uploaded picture in the pool as they cuddle in the water after dark.

The star, 39, wrote: "Spotted... Caroline with someone her own age.. her twin @jody.flack"!

Of course she was joking about her reputation for dating the younger man and not for the first time made light of it.

Caroline hasn't escaped pot shots ever since she dated a 17-year-old Harry Styles when she was 31.

Some eight years on, she is seeing former tennis pro Lewis Burton, 27, after they went ' Instagram official' last week.

The Love Island host said of Jody a few years ago: “She's a mum with three beautiful children, so we have completely different lives, but we each enjoy the other's life vicariously.”

Caroline still hopes to become a mum herself one day .

But she has revealed her concerns that she is leaving it too late to have children.

Speaking to new Channel 4 show Kathy Burke’s All Woman, she said: “I’ve kind of always put work first. Wake up in the morning, go to work, come home - just like my boyfriend has.

“I’m scared it’s going to get too late where I’ve wanted to go, ‘Right, maybe slow down, think about having kids and maybe think about settling down,’ but I’ve never had that.

But what does the future hold with boyfriend Lewis Burton? (Instagram)

“I feel guilty for it sometimes, I feel like maybe I’m being selfish.”

As she nears her 40th birthday, Caroline said she doesn't think she needs a man to make her life complete, adding: “When you’re on your own, you’re more powerful because you’re not relying on someone else.

"So it’s actually more of a powerful thing to be single.

“And when you’re single and happy, that is when you feel at your best.”
