Caroline Flack has spoken about her battle with anxiety after opening up to someone made her feel worse.
The TV presenter, 39, was posting to mark last week's World Mental Health day, as she admitted she had been in a "really weird place" mentally over the last few weeks.
She took to Instagram to post a black and white picture of herself from a side-on view.
Caroline appeared to be deep in thought in the snap as she looked away from the camera.
She captioned the photo: "I wanted to write something about mental health day last week but I was knee deep in work. And some days it’s hard to write your feelings if you're not in the right place.
"The last few weeks I’ve been in a really weird place... I find it hard to talk about it .. I guess it’s anxiety and pressure of life ... and when I actually reached out to someone they said I was draining."
She went on to criticise the person she reached out to, who she did not name.
The blonde bombshell urged her followers to "be nice to people" as you never know what someone might be going through.
Caroline continued: "I feel like this is why some people keep their emotions to themselves. I certainly hate talking about my feelings. And being a burden is my biggest fear....
"I’m lucky to be able to pick myself up when things feel s***. But what happens if someone can't?
"Be nice to people. You never know what’s going on. Ever."
Caroline is preparing to film the winter series of Love Island, which starts this January.
Earlier this month she teased she was starting a new job, though wouldn't say what it was.
Many of her fans are convinced this means that filming is already underway.
