Caroline Flack has cold feet about doing the 13-hour round trip to and from South Africa for Winter Love Island.
The presenter, who recently rung in her 40th birthday with her string of A-list pals, will be torn away from her man Lewis Burton for filming.
In the lead up to Winter Love Island, things will get pretty hectic for the host who is making her first trip to South Africa on Saturday.
On location, the telly star will shoot steamy scenes for the promotional video which will be dropped shortly before the show airs in January 2020.

Having had to fly to and from Mallorca for the summer series, it's no wonder Caroline has got used to packing light and last minute.
She told The Metro: "I'm going on Saturday to do promo. I haven't packed anything yet. I always pack last minute."
However, the flight to South Africa will take 13 hours compared to the two and a half hour jet to Mallorca.

Despite the longer distance, Caroline maintained she will still have to fly to and from South Africa and the UK to film Aftersun.
During Aftersun, the presenter is tasked with interviewing all of the dumped islanders on their Love Island experience.
She added: "It’s a 13 hour flight to South Africa. I’ve got to go back and forth the whole time to do Aftersun over here."
It's been non-stop for Caroline as of late after she threw a huge birthday bash to celebrate her 40th with her pals and her beau Lewis.
The TV sensation has been swept up in her own romance with the former professional tennis star since she flew home from Mallorca over the summer.
Rumours were swirling the couple had decided to put a ring on their romance in recent weeks.
A flurry of excitement followed Caroline after she was spotted wearing a diamond ring; however, it turned out the couple are very much together but "100% not engaged".
