Caroline Flack is reportedly dating her personal trainer Bradley Simmonds after the pair got close during intense fitness sessions.
Flack, 39, frequently shares Instagram stories and uploads of her workouts with Simmonds, 24.
But the pair were spotted arm-in-arm out and about last week, with a source telling The Sun Online that they are “head over heels”.
“Caroline and Bradley tried to keep things professional but they’ve fallen head over heels and they’re now dating,” the source said.
"After spending so much time together, they just fell for each other, although it’s still early days.”
They added that friends are “over the moon” for Flack and that she was the “happiest she’s been in a long time”.

Flack’s new romance comes weeks after she was linked to Strictly Come Dancing professional AJ Pritchard after they cuddled up backstage.
Pictures obtained by the Mirror showed the Love Island host draped over the 24-year-old dancer while sources told The Sun that the pair had “plenty of chemistry”.
Last year, Flack repeatedly hit the headlines with her on-off boyfriend Andrew Brady, who she was engaged to for a brief spell.
The troubled pair finally called time on their relationship for good late last year with Brady choosing to move to Australia in December.
