TV host Caroline Flack has been arrested by police and charged with assault following an incident at her home.
Six police cars were pictured outside the 40-year-old Love Island presenter's London home, where she lives with her tennis player beau Lewis Burton, in the early hours of yesterday morning, reports The Mirror.
A Met Police spokesperson told the Daily Star : "Caroline Flack, 40, of Islington was charged on Friday, 13 December with assault by beating. She will appear on bail at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 23 December.
"This follows an incident at approximately 05:25hrs on Thursday, 12 December after reports of a man being assaulted. He was not seriously injured."
A man, who is believed to be Caroline's 27-year-old boyfriend Lewis, was treated for injuries.
