Carol Vorderman took to social media to share a photo of herself, before heading out to catch up with a friend.
The 60-year-old posed in a khaki green jumpsuit and paired it with some black leather knee-high boots.
She also posted a video on her Instagram page revealing that she'd just finished a one-to-one workout with personal trainer, Mel Deane.

In the video, Carol can be seen sweating and sporting a bright red face before telling fans: "That was our first one-to-one online and I'm sure I'm his weakest client but I'll get there.”
Carol then revealed in the jumpsuit snap that she was still sweating an hour after the session.
The Countdown presenter captioned the post saying: "Off to see an old mate. Haven't seen him for ages.....
"Still sweating after that @meldeane session an hour ago. Heck."
Carol's fans were quick to compliment her on the post, with many calling the photo: 'stunning.'
One of her followers, @johnhurst18 said: "Absolutely stunning!"
A second fan, @trevor_1809 added: "Oh my god just stunning."
A third fan, @wayne.joseph.79 simply wrote: "Stunning."
Her personal trainer, Mel also commented on her post congratulating her on her workout.
He said: "Well done Carol you smashed it!"
The mum-of-two is no stranger to posting stunning photos on her Instagram and recently wowed her fans with yet another fabulous outfit.
In one of her previous posts, Carol donned some black leather pants and a Wales rugby shirt.
