Carol Vorderman shows off her svelte body in 'spring leggings'

Carol Vorderman impressed her fans as she showed off her sporty physique in a pair of mesh leggings.

The TV presenter, 60, welcomed in the sunny Easter weekend in her spring attire, with eagle-eyed fans commenting on how great she looked.

"Got the old mesh leggings on today....it must be Spring #FashionClown," she shared.

The former countdown host gave her followers a peek at her gym-honed figure as she took an outfit selfie for Twitter.

She posed in a tight-fitting gym top which complimented her slim frame, adding a finishing touch with sporty leggings.

Carol was glowing as she headed out for a spot of sun, later posing in a pair of bold sunglasses.

In response to her snap, one person wrote: "Why not when you fill them out perfectly Ms Vorders."

In recent weeks, Carol celebrated the success of her keto diet as she saw an "ab" come through.

After putting in the hard work - from her strict diet to exercising - Carol is looking fantastic and she couldn't resist showing off her changing body to fans.

Alongside a photo of her incredibly toned tummy, she wrote: "I've found an "ab".

"Actually getting stronger and weights at my age helps everything inside.......and I LOVE IT."

Carol shared an interesting diet hack for her beloved fans as she explained how it has changed the game for her completely.

She insists adding a spoonful of butter in her coffee has helped transform her intermittent fasting routine.

"I tell you now I have never been less hungry in my life, because of a knob of butter in my coffee in the morning," she said.

"So I'm doing this intermittent fasting thing. I've gone 20 hours without food, not felt a little bit hungry and I'm now having proper bacon - not the rubbish kind - and fresh, fresh, local eggs, everything local and I can't wait.

She added: "And I'm dropping the weight. It's brilliant this."

Adding butter to coffee is a popular technique for those aiming to lose weight by ketosis. Fans say it helps them feel full and curbs cravings.
