Carol Vorderman dazzled as she arrived on the red carpet for the Soldiering On Awards in London on Friday night.
The 58-year-old TV host looked vibrant and energised as she arrived to host the annual Armed Forces Community Awards at the Park Plaza Hotel in Westminster.
Carol channelled her inner goddess as she floated down the red carpet in an incredible black and gold ensemble while showing off her eternally youthful complexion.
The former Countdown star said she was “excited” to be hosting the show - and it seems some of the stories of bravery hit hard for the star as she ended up shedding tears during the course of the evening.

“A massive thank you to our awesome #SOA2019 hosts. @carolvorders & @JJChalmersRM conducted the Awards ceremony with grace, respect, humour, and genuine emotion....I'm looking at you Carol,” the official Soldiering On Awards twitter account revealed.
Those in attendance were also impressed by Carol’s unbending energy - which she puts down to keeping a keen interest in what she’s up to.
“Looking fab, I am in awe of your energy and stamina, you’ve just jetted back from F1 after Cheltenham etc,” one attendee tweeted at her.

And the star responded: “all comes from a VERY low boredom threshold.... gotta keep on moving.... lololol.”
Carol has been making waves - and raising heart rates - in recent days by showcasing her impressively pert bottom, which she has said has been the result of exercise and a side effect of HRT treatment.
“I promise I haven’t had bottom implants... I’ve been working out for decades, so the shape of mine is down to years of keeping fit,” she told the MailOnline earlier in the week.
