Carol Vorderman has shared a selfie from bed as she recover following laser eye surgery.
The former Countdown whizz, 58, underwent treatment yesterday, but was back posting on Twitter within hours.
A jubilant Carol tweeted a selfie from her bed telling her fans that her op had gone well and had taken less than 10 minutes.
Keeping her eyes closed, the TV pin-up managed to snap a picture of her face as she lay down.
She posted: "Eye op @ BlendedVisionLaser went brilliantly. Took less than 10 minutes total. All good.

"Just resting with eyes closed as much as possible for first 3 hours All went perfectly xx."
Carol revealed that she was typing her tweets without glasses for the "first time in years".
She added: "Pretend sleepy time for a few hours straight after # LaserEyeOp # LondonVision and now happily reading and being a good patient in my mates' house...yaaay."

The selfie was fairly tame for Carol, as she's usually sharing snaps of her famous figure.
Vorders recently revealed the truth behind her infamous curves after rumours that she's had her bottom surgically enhanced.
Speaking to Mail Online , Carol revealed that the secret was down to a family gene coupled with exercise and her having HRT.
She blames her high-waisted jeggings for accentuating her backside and revealed that as her "knickers dig into my big bum," she actually chooses to 'go commando'.
Carole denied having any surgery and said decades of working out had led to such a defined rear and stated that Vordermans are "sticky-out-bottom people."
She said: "I promise I haven’t had bottom implants... I’ve been working out for decades, so the shape of mine is down to years of keeping fit."
