Numbers queen Carol Voderman has been enjoying the heatwave by embracing her Welsh credentials.
The 58-year-old Rhyl born TV presenter proudly took to social media to share a bikini snap as Wales basked in the hottest day of the year.
The former Countdown star, who went viral last month when pictures of her supposedly new pneumatic curves emerged, was recently forced to deny having secret butt implants, insisting her figure is 100% natural.
She has since revealed her gym routine - and the exact way she builds up her famous bum.
Carol explained exactly what it is she gets up to in the gym in a series of snaps taken by her personal trainer, Dave Concannon, who works out with Carol three times a week to maintain her figure.
It comes after she insisted she'd had no plastic surgery to create her gravity-defying curves, telling the Mail's You magazine: "I promise I haven't had bottom implants... I've been working out for decades, so the shape of mine is down to years of keeping fit."
She attributed her ample assets to genetics and the HRT she went on to get through the menopause - with the added bonus of a raging libido.
Carol revealed that she has plenty of options for a little sexy time, saying: "I have a number of special friends but I’m not doing anything wrong. Everyone's single. And yes, apart from one, they're all younger than me."
She added: "I don't want to settle down. I’m enjoying my freedom."
