Carol Vorderman left followers speechless yet again as she showed off her skin-tight wetsuit as she headed out paddleboarding.
Carol, 60, took up the sport over the summer and has been sharing her journey with followers.
The former Countdown host regularly takes to the seas in her native Wales and has shared multiple shots of her adventures over the past couple of months.

The mum-of-two took to Instagram on Tuesday ahead of her latest trip to show off her growing arm muscles in her wetsuit.
Carol flexed her bicep in the mirror as she wore her hair down in her wetsuit, with no make-up and a pair of sunglasses finishing her look.
She captioned the snap: " And we're off for a morning paddle and brekkie....wet suit onesie cos it's warm out..
"I think all this stuff is building my biceps.....look at the guns on that one, ok more like a water pistol #HappyScruff #paddleboarding #wetsuit"
And her followers were quick to shower her with praise, with thousands of them liking the snap.
