Carol Vorderman has floored fans after she shared an update on social media over the weekend.
The 60-year-old Countdown star posted a snap of herself before she headed out to record her morning radio show for BBC Radio Wales.
The mum-of-two has wowed fans over the summer as she has posted regular updates of her exercise routine - and fans were quick to praise Carol for how well she looks in the post.

She said: "Cowgirl style and off to work with a coffee ... @BBCRadioWales....Yessss.....listen in from 11:30 - 2pm."
Carol has 417k followers on Twitter - and fans flooded the comments to compliment the picture - which has been liked nearly 4,000 times.
