Carol Vorderman floored her fans after she posted a picture of herself in the gym.
The 60-year-old shared the snap with her 470k Twitter followers after she completed a morning workout with her strength and conditioning coach.
The former Countdown star smiled as she took photos of herself in green workout gear - and revealed it was her first time back in the gym after a summer of outdoor exercise.

She said: "Time to get back on the gym sessions...had a glorious summer of hiking and paddleboarding and chilling and dancing and laughing and a little bit of weight lifting. Early one online with @rippercbh this morning...cheers Ripper."
The mum-of-two has wowed fans over the summer with updates of her workout programme on social media.
Her latest post has received over 1k likes as fans flooded the comments to praise the 'stunning' photo.
