Carol Vorderman flaunted her trim figure today as she underwent a gruelling gym session.
The 59-year-old is a big fitness lover and can often be spotted hitting the weights section.
Today was no different as she joined her personal trainer for an early-morning workout at 6am.
Sharing a picture of Twitter , Carol looked amazing in her gym gear as she revealed her enviable figure.
She captioned the post: "Oh yessssssssss....been rolling on the mats since 6.30 with @dave_concannon .
"He says if I do five 6.30 sessions next week I can have a DAVE GOLD STAR. Gotta love that."
Fans jumped on the post, complimenting Carol on her efforts.

It comes after she insisted she'd had no plastic surgery to create her gravity-defying curves, telling the Mail's You magazine: "I promise I haven't had bottom implants... I've been working out for decades, so the shape of mine is down to years of keeping fit."
She attributed her ample assets to genetics and the HRT she went on to get through the menopause - with the added bonus of an increased libido.
Carol said: "I have a number of special friends but I’m not doing anything wrong. Everyone's single. And yes, apart from one, they're all younger than me.
"I don't want to settle down. I’m enjoying my freedom."
