Carol Vorderman and her pals can't stop laughing as they take to the water on a huge paddleboard for six

Paddleboarding is definitely the pastime of the summer and it seems that TV presenter Carol Vorderman and her sea-loving friends have taken it to the next level with a giant paddleboard that fits six people.

Carol's shared plenty of her beach fun this summer, from showing how stunning the Welsh coast is time and time again on her own to spending time with TV weatherman pal, Owen Wyn Evans.

Now she's been paddling out to an isolated cove for a grazing board and a few glasses of fizz with the girls, who she calls her 'SUPSISTAS.'

First, we see the girl gang pumping up the monster paddleboard, then they manage to get out to sea with a few wobbles and screams along the way.

After some impressive diving and selfies over the water - these girls must have some strong cores and steady arms - they disembark on a rocky cove to tuck into Welsh cheeses, fruit, veggie sticks and meats alongside some glasses of wine - Champagne or Prosecco, we're not too sure.

We're also not sure, and Carol doesn't divulge, why there are two hot dog sausages in one glass of fizz - perhaps it's a local cocktail?

The creator of The Maths Factor tutoring programme and former Countdown star and her friends, who she explained were a policewoman, a fire fighter, an 'army wonder woman,' a traffic warden and an adventurer, even managed to do some gymnastics on the big paddleboard - which is even more impressive if they did it after a glass of wine or two!

Last week the host of The Pride of Britain Awards shared that judging was underway for the 2021 awards and she was working alongside KSI, Nicola Adams, Sir Trevor McDonald and Ben Shepherd. The awards will be on later this year.
